My Approach

My work is grounded, collaborative, evidence-based and tailored to the individual. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and curious, where we can slow things down and make sense of what’s happening for you beneath the surface.

Therapy is not about fixing you, but about understanding patterns, emotions, and experiences, and finding new ways to respond to them.
