CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST (REGISTRAR)

GradDipPsych, GradDipAdvPsych, MClinPsych

AHPRA Registered Psychologist: PSY0002827213

I'm a clinical psychologist (registrar) based in Sydney, working with adults and adolescents (ages 14+) who are navigating emotional difficulties, life transitions, and questions about themselves and their relationships.

I offer individual therapy in a space that is calm, thoughtful, and respectful. I aim to create a place where we can slow things down and make sense of what’s going on, together.

My work is guided by curiosity, care, and the belief that change begins with understanding.

My approach

Therapy means different things to different people. For me, it is a collaborative process, one where we explore experiences, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels manageable and safe.

I don’t see therapy as something that “fixes” people. Instead, it’s a space to better understand yourself, your inner world, and the ways you relate to others. From there, new possibilities often begin to emerge naturally.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic tools, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness practices to tailor therapy in a way that genuinely fits you.

My approach is flexible and responsive, drawing on evidence-based psychological practices while adapting the work to each individual.

Who I work with

I work with young adults (14+) and adults who come to therapy for a range of reasons, including:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Low mood or depression

  • Grief, loss, and lonliness

  • Relationship and attachment difficulties

  • Life transitions and identity questions

  • Emotional regulation and self-esteem

  • Processing trauma

  • Sexual wellbeing and intimacy challenges

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected

Some people arrive with a clear reason for seeking therapy, while others simply feel that something isn’t quite right. Both are equally welcome.

My Story

Before training as a psychologist, I spent over 15 years working in leadership development, training, and coaching across Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. This experience continues to shape how I work, particularly my attention to relationships, culture, identity, and the emotional impact of work and life transitions.

I’ve worked with adults in inpatient hospital settings as part of multidisciplinary teams, as well as with young people who have experienced significant adversity. My research explored workplace loneliness and sexual wellbeing as part of holistic mental health.

I am committed to lifelong learning and ethical practice, and regularly engage in professional development, clinical supervision, and reflective practice. I continually work to improve my cultural competence and aim to meet people within their individual and cultural contexts.

I strive to create an inclusive and respectful space for people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, and First Nations peoples.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the mind is complex, powerful, and deeply human. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters: supporting growth, resilience, and more meaningful ways of living.
